The LiM is a project idea promoting association of private individuals, professionals, architecture and planning offices to companies and organizations – both in Germany and in various European countries, including France, the Netherlands, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Latvia and Spain.

At the same time, the LiM is integrated into a network of supraregional institutions which are active in the support of the cooperative idea or respectively in the field of social, responsible and public welfare-oriented housing.
