Organization and Membership

Members of the LiM are persons, institutions and companies who feel connected to the cooperative idea. Annual general meetings are held. The Excecutive Board and the Supervisory Board work on an honorary basis.

Members

The acquisition of membership for natural persons, associations and non-profit associations requires the acqusition of a share of 1,000.00 Euro as well as an entrance fee of 100.00 Euro.

In order to acquire membership for legal entities – companies – it is necessary to assume a share in the amount of 1,000.00 Euro as well as nine further mandatory shares in the amount of 9,000.00 Euro and the entrance fee in the amount of 100.00 Euro.
